Twice this year I have brought my blue Audi for body repair to Corporate Customz Auto Body. I cannot recall a better customer experience for any service I have received for any product.
For the first experience, they completely repeated the job twice. After the first repair, I picked up my car to be greeted by a request to redo the task because "it is not up to our standards." I could not believe what I was hearing. What business has that kind of integrity?
For the second experience, the speed, quality, and cost of the repair were beyond my imagination. If you have a repair problem, rush to this business to experience what we all wish we would receive from a business, but almost never encounter.

I recently had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences with CC Auto Body corporate customs. As a retired law enforcement officer and an Air Force veteran, I value professionalism and respect.
I originally had work done on my vehicle at this establishment approximately a year ago, I noticed my bumper began to separate; therefore, I returned to discuss the issue. I approached Angel (Owner) he immediately summon his son to talk to me. I was very hesitant because I seen his son talking to an older gentlemen one day I returned, very disrespectful.
The son was very defensive and dismissive, cutting me off repeatedly as I tried to explain my concerns; instead of having a constructive conversation, He goes into the office and bring out paperwork of completed work with pictures.
Now, Angel comes out and to my surprise, he displayed the same behavior. Both were belligerent, argumentative, disrespectful etc.
they called me a idiot several times and other derogatory names, I never responded with name calling. Angel even stated that I had a problem because they are white, which was a shocker. They constantly stated that I was in a accident.
Thankfully, a Jamaican technician from another shop was called over and he calmly explained the situation in a professional manner. he acknowledged that a missing piece might have contributed to the issue. He also made me realize that when my vehicle was park, someone probably backed into my bumper and left. Make perfect sense.
I'm not here to complain about the quality of the work but rather the lack of respect, professionalism and customer service displayed by the owner and his son. No customer should be subjected to name-calling, hostility, or racial accusations when simply seeking a fair conversation about a service paid for. CC Auto Body should treat their customer with dignity, and unfortunately , that was not my experience here.
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to others, if you choose to bring your business here, be careful.
